Is Kremlin Cup trying a new set format?

All their matches (singles and doubles) are played 5-games sets according to the scoreboard...

Right now there are only doubles being played. But if you watch the results page you'll see that singles matches have perfectly 'normal' scores

i still can't get used to seein sets end at 5 for the doubles!!! silly change to make imo!
