Let's play a game on Rafa and Rog...

Your life in 2006 depends on the fact that one player wins Roland Garros AND another slam. You have to chose between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal... your pick ?

"I asked a bloke in the front row if he liked the serve-and-volley stuff," said Rafter. "He said he did but asked if he was going to get to see any rallies. 'Not today, mate,' I told him."

Re: Let's play a game...

If the matter is to win French open and another Grand slam i'm not able to pick just one player ( Roger or Rafa )

I would say that Nadal has the 55% of chances to win Roland Garros and another GS , and Federer 45%.

If my life were on the line, any place, any time...and the player knew it...I'd want Hewitt in my corner.

But for this poll...Roger.

I love my girls.

I don't know about those odds... That would mean that there's a 100% chance that either Roge or Nadal will take the French.

Re: Let's play a game on Rafa and Rog...

that will not hapen.....

but then, i still vote for nadal...

the chance for federer to win RG is smaller then nadal to win RG plus any one other slam....

next year, i think federer and nadal still dominating the mens tennis... its like already known that nadal will win RG and federer will win wimbledon, of course, federer may win other 2 slams as well, but federer to beat nadal on clay? NO WAY.. sorry, i just dont see that to happen....

This question has bias

Suppose you replace Roland Garros with Wimbledon, answer will be inverted

The problem is " mdhubert " considers that Rafa or Roger , one of them will be next French open winner and according to this criterion we have to make our bet
, so i'm obliged to think no more players can win next Roland Garros.

Well, I suppose more options could be added to the poll, but honestly, who else stands a reasonable chance of winning multiple grand slams next year?

Nadal, has to be. I don't know if I'd want to stake my life on it though.

Murray HenmanNieminen Ferrero Federer

Re: Let's play a game on Rafa and Rog...

You're as good as dead, I would say.

I don't think Nadal is ready to win a slam other than RG right now, and I'm certain that Federer would win one of the other ones... but could Federer stop Nadal at RG? Unlikely.
