Lendl in 1981 (10) 1982 (15!)
and for good measure he won 11 titles in 1985 and 10 in 1989..
connors in 1973(11) and 1974(14) .. he came up short of doing it three years in a row when he only won 9 titles in 1975

most title years by some other legends: (10+)

1976 Vilas 16
1982 Lendl 15
1974 Connors 14
1984 Mcenroe 13
1995 Muster 12.
1979 Borg 11
2004 Federer 11
1994 Sampras 10.
