This match should've been the final

Damn was that fun to watch. I predict we won't see a match that good the rest of the week. Well done, Berdych! 55 winners in the match! And good on Nadal for putting up such a fight. There's nothing better than watching a high quality match. Roddick better watch out.

it was fun but only because Rafa was so tired. A well rested Rafa would have blown Berdych off the court.

Viva vcash, though I only had the minimal 25$ to use so blah. Berdych's career is exactly like his game, just hot and cold. Can cause upsets here and there, but sucks far too much. he's got great potential hopefully he uses what he has better than he currently is.

Andy Roddick.Fernando Verdasco.Richard Gasquet.Tommy Haas

Rafa was not tired in the third set. He had a lot more energy than tomas and gave it his all.

He may have looked like it, but he definitely was tired. He just did not want to show Berdych that he was tiring.

Go Federer, Nadal!!!

Yeah but it's easier to say Rafa was tired than to give Berdych credit for playing a great match. Although taking a medical time out when you're serving for the match is

But I'll disagree with you, it should've not been the final. It must've been fun to watch, I'll look for the re-run, if I have the time.

Some people really go out of their way to find excuses I still wish Nadal would have won because I wanted to see a Federer-Nadal final, but I love Tomas

I guess if Berdych didnt have the groin injury since the 1st set he could have done it in 2 sets, right.
The better player won, Rafa will learn from this and be a better player thats all

You don't think Berdych was tired too? He certainly didn't look fresher than Nadal to me. 100% humidity will tire out anyone. Right now in Cincy it's 70°F with a dewpoint of 70°F. That's some serious saturation man!

i don't know. He was jumping up and down and looked as fast as ever in the last few games.

I don't doubt the fact that he wasn't fatigued, but he had more energy than berdych. To say that rafa lost cos he was tired is really stupid.

Rafa had so many chances to win this match. He didn't lose cos he was tired.

Well you might get to see a Federer-Berdych final.

Nope. Berdych needs to work on his conditioning. It is understandable that rafa is tired from playing so much. But Berdych looked worse and I don't know if he can win his next match
