Terrible sportsmanship by Julian Knowle in Graz today

he was up 10-9 in the third set tiebreak and asked for a bathroom break. just pathetic. he, of course, won the next point because his opponent, who had saved like 5 match points until that point, got tight and netted an easy forehand

Bad sportsmanship? Its not prohibited to use every aspect of tennis to win a match.
