Re: WWW? Rome F: [1] Nadal vs [2] Djokovic

Rafa's win against Dimitrov is misleading and if we concentrate on his previous performances - he's toast.

Djokovic didn't impress either, but he's the man in better shape atm, he should win it, i think easier than ppl expect.

It will be a two set win for Rafa if Nole plays the way he did against Milos. If it goes the distance, Rafa still owns.
Are we a bit clueless here or what? Living in the past? First of all, Djokovic def. Rafa on clay before, second Nadal had a couple of embarrassing losses on clay this year where Nole wasn't involved. The only clay title Rafito won this year came against injured Kei in Madrid who was toying with Rafito prior to his injury. And you are telling me that this is on Rafa's racquet and has nothing to do with Djokovic? Whatever dude, pure ignorant BS obviously coming from another clueless Rafa girl. Jesus Christ.

Re: WWW? Rome F: [1] Nadal vs [2] Djokovic

I wonder why some people suddenly think Nadal became the favorite here. The guy in the last 3-4 sets had been serving at 175 km/h in order to keep his 1st serve % high. Worked against Dimitrov cause he was a mess and against Murray cause he's only an agressive returner on 2nd serves. But against Novak he'll be crushed with those lollipops, just like in their last matches.

Hopefully your prediction will be as good as your last one.

If it goes 3 sets I give it Novak, otherwise Rafa in 2

I wonder if these 2 are sick of seeing each other on the other side of the net. 41 meetings in 8 years!!! Crazy.

And how many times has Rafa def. Nole on clay before ? Why are you leaving that little stat off your silly argument? Nole isn't exactly smelling of roses on clay this season either. How many titles has he actually won? Who was better in their most recent match on clay ? Rafa vs Grisha OR Nole vs Raonic? Do the math and come back after RG like I said. There is nothing for you to see here in the next couple of weeks. Take some time out and let real tennis fans enjoy what remains of the clay season.

Yes Nadal has trashed Djokovic many times on clay but matches from so many years ago are hardly that relevant anymore. This is a BO3 and since 2011 they are 3-2 to Djokovic in BO3 matches on clay. As for their most recent match, Raonic was a much more formidable opponent than Dimitrov on the day. If Djokovic's wrist is fine it will be a very even match. Nadal is no clear favorite.

Dude, your problem is that you are dismissing Djokovic completely and saying he has no chance because it's up to Nadal which is a complete BS coming from another fanatical Rafa tard. Djokovic def. Nadal in 3 clay master finals without losing a set. What, not good enough for you ?

Read your own initial post. That's what you said. Do you u n d e r s t a n d, or shall I speak s l o w e r?

this match is simply 50/50, no clear favorite.

I think Djokovic will start flat, lose the first and come back to win it. It has been the story for him so far this tournament.

Despite Nadal's domination today, I am not convinced by his form. He has to still be a bit mentally shaky entering the final against Djokovic. I think Nadal feels he has more to prove. It's his dominant surface and he has been pretty lacklustre lately. He has also dropped a few straight to Djokovic.
