Probably. Tipsarevic withdrew last minute to be replaced by Milojevic, and as someone noted they seem to have lost their title sponsor. And Monaco is the defending champion, actually. The bottom half is ridiculous, Granollers only semi-decent clay player in it with Melzer/Monaco's form this year.

The third quarter if you want to narrow it down even further. Sijsling, Vesely, Davydenko, Sela, Carreno, Melzer, Sousa. All of them have absolutely no business being in an ATP clay semi right now except Melzer, but of course he's so inconsistent that he could easily lose and allow one of them in.
