He played very well against Nadal during AO 2014. Hope he will make at least quarters.

Re: Nishikori playing very good, chances at RG?

0% chance he is too weak physically

I will agree he is playing well this season, well for BO3 format not BO5

doesn't have the legs

also any form or fashion of HC is much better than clay for his game

no chance at RG, I'd put Haas as more likely even, 35 year old is more physically fit

<3 Roger Federer <3 David Ferrer <3 Juan Martin Del Potro <3 Ernest Gulbis <3

------------------------ <3 Richard Gasquet <3

Rafael Nadal

semifinal at absolute best (if such horrible claycourter as Murray was there, why Nishikori (better player on clay) can't fluke this achievement?) I can see him beating Berdych, Murray and even Ferrer.

Re: Nishikori playing very good, chances at RG?

if he get Mugray in 4th round or a low confident slumping Nadal, then he has a chance to reach QF, with Raonic it will be interesting, like a young version of Berdych-Ferrer match. Berdych will need to be in top form to beat him, other while the rest of top 8 will prove too much for him.

These days even such titans as Kubot makes QF at slams so it's not impossible that Kei on his way to s/f could face lower-ranked mugs.

He's playing good, but he's not know for having great endurance and stamina.

I'll predict big troubles for him if he faces GGL on R1 for example.

No, he can't beat TOP 20 (in a row) players on clay

Off till 25.1.2018.

Martic | Ljubicic | Dimitrov | Sharapova
Robson | Giorgi | Beck | Stephens | Cirstea
Federer | Sock |Coric | Kuznetsov | Goffin

He'll get hurt before RG and won't be the same.
