Where is the old thread about highest Entry ranking ever?

I couldn't find it with the search function.

Roger has 6980 at the moment (btw more than 3300 higher than #2). Has anyone broken 7000?

I don't like hypocrites, but even worse are the ones who think it's OK to be an asshole as long as you are not hypocritical.

I believe Roger's current total is the highest ever, or so I've read.

FEDERER 17 & Counting (fingers crossed)
SAFIN 2 and Out (T.T)

Re: Where is the old thread about highest Entry ranking ever?

I remember posting this http://www.menstennisforums.com/show...jun#post763865, which would seem to indicate that Federer's current ranking is the highest ever, but it's difficult to compare old ranking systems with the current one.

Had Federer won one round in Cincy or one more match at the Olympics, or even converted his mps against Safin/Gasquet, he would already have over 7000 points now. Instead he has to win Wimby again to have another shot at it.
