Some help with info about Juniors?

Does anyone know where I can find the following.....

1) A list of all the Junior World No.1's in recent years.
2) A list of all the Junior Grand Slam champions in recent years.

Any help would be much appreciated. Not for any specific cause, I just think it could be interesting to see how people that have done well in Juniors have fared when they've moved into seniors. I'm also interested as my favourite Junior, Andy Murray of Scotland won the Junior US Open at the end of last year. Thanks

top 10 rankings going to 1997 and GS winners (going all the way to 1940s) could be found here

there are also world champions (who usually are top players in the ranking) could be found at the same link and they go to 1970s
