Another Possible 3rd Round Showdown: Ferrero vs Safin

This is the 3rd time they are meeting in a span of two months!!!! Who will triumph????

Q. As the older player, you don't feel like it's your role to go up to the younger players and talk to them first?

JEFF TARANGO: To say what? "Welcome to the locker room. Don't bend over for the soap."

Re: Another Possible 3rd Round Showdown: Ferrero vs Safin

It's best of five, Marat will win again this time, he will make sure he will lose exactly two sets to go over his favourite distance and to hold on his lead in our MTF five set records ranking. Because Marat doesn't like to play on grass, Marat realises that Roland Garros is the only Grand Slam left that is winnable for him, the real Marat will come out for this tournament!

Carlos --- C'MON Lleyton!!! --- Kiwi!!! --- Jürgen --- Juan

Best of luck to all Germans : Nicolas Kiefer | Rainer Schüttler | Lars | Florian | Tommy

it takes 90 mins for Marat's brain to warm up
thats too long for best of 3, the match is over already ......... by that time his brain is fried.

still 100% in best of 5 sets in 2005.

Re: Another Possible 3rd Round Showdown: Ferrero vs Safin

Under normal circumstances I think Marat would be praying that Ferrero would lose early but in the unlikely event that Ferrero didnt make it to the 3rd round it would only mean Safin would probably have a match he would dread even more......his nemesis Santoro. Whatever happens I don't see Safin in the 4th round.

I support......
Fabrice Santoro

The Magician

Marcos Baghdatis Fernando Gonzalez

Florian Mayer Gustavo Kuerten Richard Gasquet

Feliciano Lopez Lukasz Kubot Hyung-Taik Lee Younes El Alynaoui Dick Norman Sergiy Stakhovsky Aisam Qureshi Dusan Vemic Michal Przysiezny Ernests Gulbis Carlos Moya Andy Murray Jonas Bjorkman Andrei Pavel Olivier Patience Mariano Zabaleta Jarkko Nieminen Fyrstenberg/Matkowski

Psst, the U.S. Open.

If Marat thought this was his last chance at a Slam this year, he'd fail miserably in the first round.

Re: Another Possible 3rd Round Showdown: Ferrero vs Safin

I really hope JC wins, but partially it depends on which Marat plays tennis that day.

Troicki - Djokovic - Del Potro - Kyrgios - Berankis
Cibulkova - Robson - Kirilenko - Azarenka
Retired but always loving Ferrero - Ancic - Kiefer

I hope that whoever wins says something bitchy to the press afterwards.

I lack direction.

Chocking makes me sad.

I think its a bit early to say who we think will win the 3rd round match, lets not forget Marat can't win a match at the moment
