Re: Nadal vs. Burgsmüller

Nadal v Burgsmuller, Coria v Carlsen: the 2nd and 3rd triple bagels in the history of RG.

The Wit and Wisdom of the Tennis Journalist, Indian Wells 2004

ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I remember this one time when I went on a vacation on the Maldives. That was in the year 2001, I think. I went to this spa. I went to walk around with my girlfriend. I walk in, and we want to book a spa. This guy goes, "AHH, I remember you. You beat Sampras. I saw you on TV." That was like, really, how can you remember me? This guy has probably never been off his island and still knows me. I was a little bit shocked. Then I went to play tennis with him because he was actually the tennis teacher. It was nice.

Q. Were you naked at the time in the spa?

ROGER FEDERER: No. It was at the front desk. I didn't walk in naked.

Burg is probably the worst player in the top 100

Re: Nadal vs. Burgsmüller

If Coria plays left handed and serves underarm against Carlsen he loses 5 games and if Nadal does vice versa he'll lose 4.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

You've just insulted Linsard

*Edit: I guess I was mistaken to think he was still in the top 100...

Re: Nadal vs. Burgsmüller

You know this would be hilarious, if Lars was:
a) not a nice guy
b) the kind who didn't train very much at all

Re: Nadal vs. Burgsmüller

Rafa shouldn't lose any point if he plays at his 100% but I don't think Rafa will be that motivated vs Burgsmüller. So I'll say: between 1 and 3

terminan haciendo todo por dinero".

Re: Nadal vs. Burgsmüller

I voted for 1 before I remembered that this is a Slam and therefore Rafa would need to bagel twice for this to happen.. I think anywhere from 3-5 is likely.

*knocks on wood*

I don't want to jinx the kid though.

Troicki - Djokovic - Del Potro - Kyrgios - Berankis
Cibulkova - Robson - Kirilenko - Azarenka
Retired but always loving Ferrero - Ancic - Kiefer
