Don't think Djokovic will tank. He seems ready and fit. And this is the last place where he can gain points on Nadal, after this he has to defend 3500 points from WTF and AO, while Nadal defends none. And after that (for him) comes Dubai where he also defends the title. Last chance for him to get some ground on Nadal before IW.
The problem with not tanking Paris is that it'd mean having to play 10 matches in two weeks, more than half of them vs top 10 players if you want to win WTF. Maybe Djokovic and Nadal can physically cope with that - although even for them it can't be easy - but the more human players need to prioritize WTF if they want to have any shot there.
Bercy's schedule is simply absurd, no idea what the ATP was thinking. Do they want two players fighting for the last WTF spot playing the final or something?
