You've got to wonder how the hell Mirnyi managed to win 45% of receiving points against Moya on clay, but as TBE said in the other thread he can be dangerous in any tournament and let's not forget that this is the second time he's beaten Moya on clay (the second round of Hamburg 2002 being the first; he won in two tiebreaks, and also beat Zabaleta and Boutter en route to the semis before losing to Federer).

The Wit and Wisdom of the Tennis Journalist, Indian Wells 2004

ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I remember this one time when I went on a vacation on the Maldives. That was in the year 2001, I think. I went to this spa. I went to walk around with my girlfriend. I walk in, and we want to book a spa. This guy goes, "AHH, I remember you. You beat Sampras. I saw you on TV." That was like, really, how can you remember me? This guy has probably never been off his island and still knows me. I was a little bit shocked. Then I went to play tennis with him because he was actually the tennis teacher. It was nice.

Q. Were you naked at the time in the spa?

ROGER FEDERER: No. It was at the front desk. I didn't walk in naked.

You don't have to excuse Moya's loss by how dangerous Max is on every surface - Moya lost for the same reason he loses all is matches this season - because he sucks in his current form, and I'm kinda fond of Carlos so I'm not happy to say this, but this should be his last season as a professional.

How many times must we of shot nerves witness the undoubted pain & suffering of muppets everywhere before we stand up against the cavemen??

One muppet, who wishes to remain anonymous, has this to say: "You know, I uhhhh cannot stay all the time at the you know, base of the line. Too much uhhhh pression."

It is your turn to help - The "Save A Muppet Foundation" needs you!

I expect Nadal to win and have said long ago he would become world #1, although the thought makes me puke.

Carlos, however, is going down fast, and I highly doubt it he will 'shut my big mouth'.
Read again - I don't wish Carlos to fail, it happens just like it happened to Kafelnikov in 2002, and he can find some comfort in the thought that Henman is going through that too.

So whether you agree or not - I really couldn't care less.
