Winners and UE records

Does anyone have some stats on most winners during one match ?
Unforced errors would be interesting as well.

"I asked a bloke in the front row if he liked the serve-and-volley stuff," said Rafter. "He said he did but asked if he was going to get to see any rallies. 'Not today, mate,' I told him."

Re: Winners and UE records

I know calleri had 109 winners against ferrero in davis cup semi 03

he won 7-5 6-4 6-1 so that is 3.75 winners per game.

Calleri was on fire on that day and he'll never play that well again.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Not in an ATP tournament, but he might do it again at the DC, he gets on fire there

Re: Winners and UE records

That was a brilliant performance and I know a Spanish guy that was there and he was just stunned.

Unforced errors I reckon Gaudio must have had 100 when he lost 6-0 6-2 6-0 to Gambill.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

One of the greatest performances of all time, back then Gambill was average.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Gambill I could laugh, if that happened against Gimelstob I would have asked for a suspension.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

if i lost that score to gimelstob i would not be happy. losing to gimelstob any score is not good. that monkey/oaf looks like the clumsiest 'thing' i've ever seen on a tennis court. he makes rusedski look like a superb natural talent who glides around the court!

You sound like this guy I know. He hadn't played tennis for 4 years and he said with 1 weeks training he could beat Woodbridge in singles, he has that same effect.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

woodbrige is a league, no several leagues above gimelknob (as u call him!). i dont rate woodbridge that highly but at least you could watch him play doubles and think 'yeah this guy is good.' gimelstob just always looks like a huge oaf to me. whether its in singles, doubles or mixed doubles.
