Great week for Yuki despite loss in the final.

He finally showed what he is capable if at senior level after being junior no. 1 & Ausralian open junior title . At that he was talked of in same breath as the likes of Tomic , Harrison & Sock. He took some time to mature partly due to injuries but hope eventually he does as well as those guys & overtakes them.

I didn't see the match, unfortunately, but I expected a loss here. He's been sloppy at this event.

Wasted like 100 break points against Barrientos. Hasn't really had to do much work off of the ground because of his serve. Wasn't really taking much initiative on the return in that match or the Smith one.

Glad he showed up though, and isn't trying to coast after cracking the top 100.
