Interesting, curious fact about Rafael Nadal in Montecarlo

En route to reaching the final in Montecarlo, Rafael Nadal defeated 5 players. See what they did in 2004 Roland Garros:

Gael Monfils: 2004 RG Junior Champion
Xavier Malisse: 2004 RG Doubles Champion (w/Rochus, O.)
Olivier Rochus: 2004 RG Doubles Champion (w/Malisse, X.)
Gastón Gaudio: 2004 RG (Singles) Champion
Richard Gasquet: 2004 RG Mixed Doubles Champion

Isn't that cool?

(And next one is Coria. We all know his relation with the French tournament.)

Favourite players:

Nadal ~ Fish [Fisho] ~ Ferrero [Juancho] ~ Hewitt [Llautó] ~ Nalbandian

Q: Are you going to party tonight?

JUAN CARLOS FERRERO: Yes. Victories must be celebrated always.

that is actually really cool!

How many times must we of shot nerves witness the undoubted pain & suffering of muppets everywhere before we stand up against the cavemen??

One muppet, who wishes to remain anonymous, has this to say: "You know, I uhhhh cannot stay all the time at the you know, base of the line. Too much uhhhh pression."

It is your turn to help - The "Save A Muppet Foundation" needs you!

But Coria was the 1999 Junior RG Singles Champion, so he would fit on the list too...

Re: Interesting, curious fact about Rafael Nadal in Montecarlo

That is impressive, but it will be interesting to see if Nadal will have enough in the tank at Roland Garros after his busy schedule plus, in Roland Garros the draw is bigger and the sets are out of 5 not 3.

Nadal beat all the winners of 2004 FO but is likely to lose to the only Loser of 2004 FO

That's interesting. And it's safe to say Rafael is definitely a contender for this year's French Open.
