I like Tim Henman

I am watching the match with Federer and Tim now (Miami 05') and I truely do enjoy watching Tim play. After I watched TMC uncovered II, I realized that he has a great personality and a wonderful outlook at life. So...go TIMMY!!

p.s.
Anyone think Tim's groundies and ROS are under rated?

Groundies have gotten better since being with Paul. Return has always been good. Really a shame he never got this good in his prime years. A little too late for him but still a nice career.

I haven't seen Henman play a lot but I have to say I like his personality a lot, he seems like a very nice guy in interviews etc

Yea, he's been around forever, really to be a contender he needs a better serve. Though, he did make the semis of RG and push Coria to the limit. So he really can do it everywhere. Who knows he could still win RG, Wimbly, or USO when Tim vollies are hot he can beat anyone.

He's one of my favorite players to watch.

I was just thinking the same thing watchin the match. His forehand, especially, is underrated me thinks. He took the ball really early and hit some awesome forehands that even Fed couldn't get to.

Re: I like Tim Henman

Tim Henman is a great player, a player who's been in the top 10 - top 20 every year since '96 really deserves a lot of credit. There have been players ranked higher and were better players in their prime but not many have had the longevity Henman has shown over the years. He may never win a grand slam, but TH is a great player!

Re: I like Tim Henman

Tim won't win RG or Wimbly or any major. He might win a few more titles but he won't win big titles.

A classic...and classy guy.

Welcome, Fumus, to the land of frustration though. You've only one Wimby to go through with TT...to understand.

I love my girls.
