I don't see it, has a very flat game, serve needs tons of work, doesn't really have a decent weapon, not like a great mover, mentally he's got work to do, I just don't see it, not much there.

It's clear you've seen Evans once or twice and tried to make a judgement from that. The guy is one of the most mercurial players in the world, so it's better to watch him for an extended period of time before judging.
The bottom line is, he sorts his attitude problems out for good, he's a solid top 100 player. If he improves his game, then maybe we can talk about pushing towards the top 50.
