Alllllez Lleyton! What a fighter and what a great performance, was at the local tennis club when this was on and everyone was going ape when he clinched set 2 lol. I'm a big fan of Stan too but this is one of 5-6 matchups where I have to root against him

FEDERER - MURRAY - DEL POTRO - DIMITROV - GASQUET - WAWRINKA - TSONGA - HEWITT - FOGNINI - HAAS - KOHLSCHREIBER - NALBANDIAN

Very happy for Lleyton, he has a good draw until the R4.

Fed's generation is really breathing second life this year. Haas, Youzhny, Hewitt...

Someone has to mend this huge hole created by the lack of young talent.

The game bores me now

Lord knows I despise Fakervic, a truly detestable individual, but at least the guy has some balls. Murray is a pussy whipped man-child, an embarrassment to the human race and living proof that evolution isn't all that it is made out to be. If he had any dignity he would retire now rather than face further humiliation.

Always great to see a legend like Hewitt humiliate a half-wit like Wawrinka. Pure class this Hewitt

One more win should see Hewitt regain his rightful place as Australian number 1.

Re: Wimbledon R1: Hewitt def. Wawrinka 6-4 7-5 6-3

you could tell by this match and from 2nd rd queens on what a fully fit, match fit player he wasn't for i dunno how long...

W/UE ratio says vintage hewitt... it was... absorbing power, also reflecting it, mixing it up... but most of all his movement was too big and too strong...
