Ferrer being unable to take his chance against a Murray playing at <50% capability in that Miami final is precisely the sort of thing that makes me think him being ranked 2nd in the world would be a total joke.
Lol it wasn't like Murray was so injured, they were both playing badly, Murray just played worse. It is called a balancing act he get hard rig draws then gets lucky with draws. Lol that was your point, you were pointing out that Ferrer wouldn't reach the semi in AO because he is not capable of it and Almagro is more capable. Almagro wouldn't have choked if Ferrer didn't make it hard for him.

Agree about the rest though, although the ranking system being a joke isn't exactly breaking news. It doesn't matter, he can vulture whatever ranking he wants, he still be inferior to every player with a Slam.
Nice pic. Urine idiot.

Marat Safin
Juan Carlos Ferrero
David Ferrer
Tommy Robredo

For that to happen Ferrer has to reach Wimbledon SF, right? That means he has F/SF/SF/SF showings at slams plus Masters title plus Masters final plus 4 smaller titles plus 2 smaller finals—not bad at all for a No.2.
