Could the Nadal / Federer QF be scheduled on Court 1 instead of Centre Court?

I know that we still have a long way to go before the quarterfinal round but this draw is one of the most intriguing in years and I can't keep myself from thinking ahead.... All QF matches will take place the second Wednesday. Wimbledon tends to schedule the quarterfinals of the same half of the draw simultaneously (one on Centre Court and one on Court 1) so one of the QF winners does not have a huge advantage for the semis by finishing a lot earlier than his next opponent. Murray will definitely be scheduled as the second match for TV ratings. The question is whether Nadal and Federer will also be scheduled as a second match and which of the matches would be put on center court. If the Nadal / Federer match is scheduled on court 1, that would of course take away Fed's hope for an indoor match since there is no roof on court 1. But the Nadal / Federer matchup deserves to be scheduled on center court so maybe they will schedule Federer / Nadal first on center court even if it means that Murray will have had less rest than his opponent for the semis. It will be an interesting decision that the schedule committee will have to make should they all make it to the QFs.

Nadal will throw the mother of all tantrums if that happens.

We shall have to wait and see if the seeds progress as expected. I don't think it is an impossibility that they would schedule Murray on Court 1 for one of his matches, thus leaving Federer and Nadal to play on centre. They have won Wimbledon 9 times between them, after all. Although I have no doubt that the BBC will broadcast Murray's match (if it is played simultaneously as the Fedal QF) regardless of which court he plays on.

Put Murray first on center, or just put Murray on court one.

Guaranteed they'll be on Court 1. Uncle Toni will NOT let Fed play under a roof. Dull needs every little advantage here.

Murray beeing scheduled second on CC because of ratings will not apply if Federer/Nadal will play.I doubt that any Murray match will have a bigger rating then a Federer/Nadal match at Wimbledon. So if Murray has to play earlier or on court 1 then that will happen.
No way Federer/Nadal match will be on court 1.

I prefer them to play on Court 1, grass is faster and more natural there.

I think even the British fans would prefer Fedal on CC over Murray against Tsonga or whoever

No we don't. Most Brits who have a clue about tennis know that Nadal-Federer especially now is an overrated, boring and ultimately predictable match-up, even here. Although then again Murray-Tsonga's pretty predictable too.

Both will be on CC. Rest won't mean a lot, it's only a couple of hours extra anyway and grass is the least physical surface to play on. It won't be like USO 11 QF/SF where Nadal routed a hopeless Roddick at the same time Murray struggled for nearly 4hrs on Armstrong against Isner, and it told the next day in their semi-final.

Say it's Djo-Ber, Fer-DelP, Nad-Fed, Tso-Mur, then both bottom half matches will take centre stage.

There is literally zero percent chance of that happening.
