Maxi hasn't had too good a year except in Hamburg but he's gonna rock the hard court season.
Remember his classic match with Guga at the US Open last year?

remember the incredible Norman/Mirnyi match at the US Open a few years back? it was ended in a 5th-set tiebreak, and Norman saved match points before finally winning!

You probably wont believe it, but I watched that match like 20 times...
INCREDIBLE display of tennis from BOTH players. I dont recall the exact numbers, but the gap between the winners and unforced errors was just gigantic. Best match of last season along with Rafter/Agassi and Ivanisevic/Rafter @ Wimbledon.

He is still playing and will continue to do so

just changing citizenship doesn't mean he will stop playing for BLR

look at all those thousands of footballers from South America who have got Spanish/Italian citizenship
