Joachim Def Fererro 7-6, 6-3

Has anyone seen this match? How did Fererro do. It is promising that he made it to a tiebreak. I didn't expect him to beat Joachim, but I kind of was hoping for a 3 setter. Anyone think Fererro can get it together in time for Roland Garros 2005?

We'll have to see how he does on the clay tournaments first I hope he entered some small clay tournies, which could be good for his confidence!

Re: Joachim Def Fererro 7-6, 6-3

*sigh* well yes a tiebreak in the first was good...I just wish he had at least pushed it to 3 sets...can't say the overall result was unexpected though. And in answer to your question about RG...I'd say no, he can't get it together before then ie. he won't win it...he will get through a few rounds though

Hopefully things will get better for JC, at least there seems to be hope based on the scoreline.
