heard that they had troubles to find sponsors after Mahesh Bhupathi/Leander Paes got seperated. Chile who was the replacing country was facing the same problem due to the short sheduling.

Too bad for all the teams who were especially looking forward to it like Bhupathi/Mirni

Actually there was already a Doubles WC this year. It was like a month after the Aus Open, & it was held cuz it was canelled last year.

Too bad though

Duh, shame on the ATP. Such disrespect for players who have fought hard to be in the doubles top 10

But I think Houston has committed to hold the doubles championships at the same time/place than the singles for the 2 next years. Good of them.
