Nadal is favorite, but I'm not confident at all.

Final: Federer def. Djokovic

If it's purely physical and you're watching someone playing six-hour matches over and over and showing no signs of being tired, you'd look at that. - Andrew Barron Murray OBE

How could he be favorite after MC and considering his past form here? He's won it only once in three tries on red clay. And that includes two straight sets finals losses, one each to Federer and Djokovic.

Agassi | Nadal
Almagro | Coria | Ferrer | Haas | Nalbandian | Nishikori | Robredo | Wawrinka
Bautista Agut | Bellucci | Blake | Dimitrov | Dodig | Ferrero | Fognini | Gasquet | Hewitt | Kohlschreiber | Murray | Raonic | Rosol | Seppi | Tsonga | Tursunov | Verdasco

Nadal dominates in only particular clay conditions, and Madrid hasn't ever really suited him.

And even if the conditions were ideal for him there, Djokovic looked perfect in the MC final and Nadal's form was sub-par by his standards. Djokovic's top game this year > Nadal's top game this year, even on clay.

Rafa hasn't lost this year on HC-presumably faster courts. He's more vulnerable on clay as he already lost twice

+1.
IMO, Djokovic A's game > Nadal's A game on clay (only since 2011). 2008 Nadal obviously has the highest peak on clay. However, Nadal's B game will always be >>> Djokovic's B game (on clay). That's why Djokovic can't beat Nadal on clay unless he plays with his A game (for most of the match at least).

Re: Mutua Madrid Open 2013-WWW and Draw Discussion

Probably, Nadal will take it, as he finally seemed to pick up his game in Barcelona after MC loss.

Federer's form will be the biggest question here. He can lose before SF or win the whole thing.

Is there any way to follow the draw, Twitter or whatever?

Philipp Kohlschreiber will not play in the @MutuaMadridOpen due to personal reasons. He will be replaced by @dani_gimeno in the main draw.
Draw should start soon I guess
