Simon was dreadful! Had the chance to serve out the first set twice and became a UE machine. Then took an MTO for his back midway through the 2nd set. France would've been better off playing Bennetteau or Llodra than Jillian

Canada Pospisil - Dancevic - Peliwo

Crazies Dolgopolov - Fognini - Janowicz - Gulbis

Young Guns Thiem - Vesely - Coppejans

Watched the first set and a half of this, and my lord what a terrible match.

Simon was horrible. It was very painful to see him play like that.

I don't think he will play again. The victory will depend on Tsonga and the double match. For the last match, I can't see Simon playing again seeing how poor he was today. It will probably be Benneteau.

Simon need to go on vacation and sort himself out. He really hasn't been himself in a long time.

Warlocq did a good job to tire Tsonga, Monaco will have a good chance on Sunday

Simon involved in another mind numbingly horrible match. The usual suspects will come out and say he's injured. If he is than he should be off recovering rather than dishing out this nonsense.

he's probably tired from all of these years of pushing

let's be honest, tennis is a fun sport, but when you watch Simon play do you think he looks like he's having fun? his game style is so much hard work, it's not nearly as flashy or enjoyable as some
I'm not surprised he might be losing a bit of passion for it
