Re: Miami QF: T.Haas def. G.Simon 6-3 6-1

it's insane how every player that faces Haas plays their worst possible game. Surely Ferrer won't be the next to do that.

Pathetic Nole fans aside, I am glad for Haas. Amazing he is seeing some good results. Has been unlucky during his career and I just can't believe people who can't be happy for him. It baffles me the level of stupidity in this forum.

Re: Miami QF: T.Haas def. G.Simon 6-3 6-1

Too bad Simon and his extraordinary tennis IQ could only manage 4 games.

This was a better performance than yesterday as Simon didn't give him anywhere near as many freebies. A masterclass at the net and somehow managed to out steady Simon in the long rallies.

That performance was just sex on a tennis court.

Shitmon demolished when Haas is ON, he's great to watch. Everything seems to be clicking for him at the moment, and he had all the answers tonight. Such a stark contrast between the Haas who crashed out of the AO earlier this year and the Haas we are seeing at this tournament, as he seems to have a sense of clarity and calmness on court.

Re: Miami QF: T.Haas def. G.Simon 6-3 6-1

Full credit to Haas he is playing great and importantly against Simon serving great. Gilles is basically handicapped right now of having no 1st serve, if he tries to hit it he misses by 6 feet, so it is a spun in 1st serve or kick 2nd serve.

Nice to see Haas playing so well.

Really hope Gilles can sort out his serving woes though, he literally needs to break 3 times at least to win a set because he is going to lose serve at least a couple of times a set with no serve.
