lovely stats. thanks! now let's see him spank Henboy and add another notch to that belt!

Q. When you've played as few matches as you have over the last two, three months, did you ever lack motivation to go out and practice?

ANDY RODDICK: Motivation? No. I enjoy what I do. I enjoy what I do. You know, I've never been one to, you know, blow off practice or, you know, do anything like that.

You know, I'd be lying if I said I'm looking forward to practicing the next two days as opposed to playing here. That part is gonna suck...(2010 Aegon Championships)

omg, I didn't know he had defeated so many top players!

I don't know if he is the most improved player, but must be close if he isn't!

I also think Fernando Gonzalez has improved a lot

I'm sure it could be either him or Gonzo as well
BUT

i think a "Mr Nobody" called Jiri Novak will win it

Since Gonzo is younger, I think he'll get the rookie of the year award and Paradorn will get best improved.

Wait, maybe rookie of the year should get to Mathieu actually.

How does one qualify for new comer of the year? Do both Mattieu and Gonzo qualify?

If so I would think that Gonzo would get it, simply because his rise was more over the whole course of the year, vs Mattieu who started around mid year (should have been in the quarters of RG, but what can you do). That, and Gonzo is ranked higher.

I lack direction.

Chocking makes me sad.

I think you might be right, Eggy! They'd proally will give it to blake, but at least if Jiri wins, he deserved it.

I think that anyway my point here is that Fernando deserves a recognizement, he has improved soooo much during this year.
Gosh! He didn't deserve to lose yesterday against Moyá! Damn!
