Will be a good match. I actually think (allegedly) dating Pova can be good for him in the sense that he will have to work as hard as she does or otherwise look like the lazy one in the relationship.

Grigor drops only 8 points on the serve (26/29 1st, 15/20 2nd), but manage to won just 6 points on Ebden 1st serve (28/34). Not a good sign with Djokovic next...

Grigor with the straight forward win today.

Hopefully he brings his best, inspired tennis for his next match.

Good to see him win it in straight sets as I expected him to. He will need to go for more aces if he is to trouble Novak but this was probably a good workout for him to shake off the cobwebs from his break. Hopefully Grigor and his team work out a gameplan against Novak and he gets a lot of 1st serve in. It has the potential to be an exciting match if Grigor can stay mentally strong and not get down on himself if he drops serve.

Against Novak, I predict he will lose 5 and 4 dropping serve once. He needs to make sure he maintains his concentration the whole time on serve as I dont see him breaking.
