So ... Tsonga thought that Berdych did target him 3 times, just as Berdych thought one time that Almagro did target him.

In both cases you can say that they didn't target the opponent.

But I just mentioned it as it seems that it was so awful last time in Berdych's mind that he couldn't even shake Almagro's hand.

If it was so important in that case, it might be important in this case as well

Tsonga reacted differently, that's the only difference

It's certainly better than losing titles even in good form, which is what he's been up to recently.

Factually, Almagro's ball came very close to hitting Tomas in the face, and factually, none of Tomas shots did the same to Tsonga. So there is your difference. So not the reaction is not the only difference, you are factually incorrect. If you believe that these pros have no control over where their ball goes, that's your opinion again.

Also, your interpretation of how Tsonga felt= also an opinion.

the French commentators (Guy Forget and Frédéric Viard), who have far more experience in tennis than both of us, esp. Forget, and are not the most partial ones, immediately said, even before the slow motion on Tsonga's face, that Berdych had targetted Tsonga, each of those times.

I'm not able to say more myself, as I'm not an expert in tennis but it looked quite obvious for people who knew tennis (Forget+Tsonga)

the slow motions on Tsonga's look at Berdych were very talkative.

Now I know that you don't care about reality, you just want to say what you like to think

This is Tsonga's first win against a top 10 player for something like a year and half!

Roger Federer | Benoît Paire| Stanislas Wawrinka | Nick Kyrgios

He beat DelPo in Rome last year, but yeh, been a loooong time.

Oh, actually he beat Gasquet in AO, but I only count top 8 anyway, well actually the big 7, Ferrer doesn't matter either.

Yeah, it was a bit hypocritical that Berdych shot Tsonga just a year after he'd sulked when Almagro had hit him in his arm. That said, I don't think these kind of shots are aimed at the head. They are probably just stupid attempts to win a point.
