Well. his draw isn't that overly difficult. He could easily reach the final, provided he wins his first few matches quickly to sustain his reserves.

yes I agree that they didnot all play at their maximum level, but that's always the case with the draws, not every opponent will play at their maximum level

But sill none of Davydenko and Raonic playerd at their worst level : Davydenko played at his average level, Raonic just a little bit worse, and the match against Raonic was still quite tight.

And Tsonga was better than most people expected (including me)

Anyway, it was a tougher draw than most other players in the draw : if MTFers have decided to make a new collective gimmick of laughing at that AO draw, that will not change my opinion

And this Dubai draw is way easier than Fed's draw in the AO.

there's no Murray in the semi as well

no Tsonga in quarters ...

then it's better in first round, second round, quarter, semi ... in every round, that is

Well, so far in February we've seen Rotterdam winner DelPo taken out by Simon next week, San Jose winner Raonic taken out early by Sock, Vina del Mar winner Zeballos taken out immediately by Capdeville, Montpellier winner Gasquet taken out early by Baghdatis....

The runners up didn't do much better, except of course for Nadal.

Re: WWW : ATP Dubaï 2013

Djokovic is coming back from quite long lay-off so naturally he will underperform in first couple of matches but I expect a rust-free performance in the finals.

Tournament wide open now since Slamray is not playing this year. Djokovic will probably take it.

uh, oh, Slamray who? Tomic is in da house. Murray didn't have guts to show up in a tournament where the GOAT is playing. He is too embarrassed to be humiliated.

Anyway, Tomic to win this def. Djokovic 6:0 6:0 in the final sending Nole to his early retirement
