Just like you were here last year for Fed never winning a slam again.

i think this has been the case for the past 2 years at least. he's just so naturally talented and the current era is so muggy that he really can't stop himself from winning most often than not and even re-gaining the numero uno position for a brief time last year.

it's all fun and games (and fat stacks too) for him at this point. wouldn't be surprised if one day he just retires merely because he's eventually gonna get bored of it. it's like a videogame you've played in all of its levels and already know you can dominate if you just focus for a while.

tennis won't recover and be reborn though. if anything if will just get muggier and muggier, with or without federer. it's not his fault though. it's not even nadal's fault. blame the organizers and the ATP for slowing down the courts and catering to business oriented people who seek a bigger fanbase of the grounds of more defensive and lasting matches.
excellent post

it must be difficult to stay motivated when you've had surfaces demolished, surfaces slowed down, and guaranteed passes to the later stages

it's like playing a video game with infinite health. you will win, eventually

although, you have to suspect just what role fraud and nadal have played in the ATP's schemes

influential, the pair of them

What, Djokovic? I quite like him actually. Some of his tards though are tough to handle.
I also respect Nadal, more so than a couple of years ago actually, despite his ugly-ass game and asspicking habits. He is a champion. But I'm still not a fan of him and his egoistical suggestions for changing the tennis game.
