What was in the interview? I'm super happy about this result but I couldn't watch the match.

Finally plays another great match, kind of takes a little pain away from Wimbledon last year.

Haase only played decent at the very start, the rest was clown worthy, Gulbis still made a few errors, but that's what happens when you play his brand of high risk tennis.

Good for the game. But he has Monfils/Del Potro next, bad news for those two if Gulbis will keep this up.

They asked him about his thoughts on the match. He just smiled abit and really didn't care. Said he played well and was sorry about kicking out a home favourite. Then he went on to say he had to play quallies now because of his ranking but "it's no problem".

The guy is ranked way too low, he knows it, but just doesn't care, for him, it's just tennis.

Smashing.

It's too much for me to hope he backs it up, but watching him when on is the best thing in sport.

Look who decided to care for once.

I'm happy he did so against Haase Hopefully another win in the next round.

I guess you mean "it's just that I've bullshitted my tennis".

He "just doesn't care" is not coherent at all with what he has said in many opportunities, even speaking of retiring and so on ... he does care, but he just can't say anything about having to play qualies because his ranking is perfectly adequate with the results he's made on court, nobody else is responsible for that, how could he have something to say about it other than what he said ?

useless old guy

Since Haase's return from injury in late 2009 he's only ever won one match (beat Zverev in Rosmalen 2011) at Dutch events It should bring out the best, playing at home!
