Gasquet only lost one match this year, and already won two titles!

I can't help but think that Llodra would have made this final so much more competetive

That was painful. Gasquet didn't play very well, but Paire was soooo bad

Too much talent for Paire here.

Richie! He was pretty offensive today when it needed but overall just more solid and clever in shot selection. Paire`s dropshots.

Gasquet is next №1

2013 looks promising for Richie.

Honestly, not so much.
He might be 14-1 this year but the only really good player he's faced is the one he lost to......and Tsonga was far from his best in that match.
His level of play isn't anything special or better than it was in previous years but he's not mugging up against inferior/out of form players.
Well, at least, he's accumulating confidence and titles.

Re: Montpellier F - Gasquet def Paire 6:2 6:3

I think his fitness is improved a bit, but is not at his best yet (i mean he can train harder than he's doing).

Ljubicic said last year at Italian Television that Richard can train 6 cosecutive hours on court but he doesnt like to spent time on gym, and for Legenda that was the key "i won a lot of match because the preparation in gym, i didn't need to spent too many time on court, i know how to play at my age".

Come on Richie, time to pass Tipsy!

Benoit
Does he have a coach? Is it possible that anyone could have said to him, what you need to is break down Gasquet's backhand, aim most of your shots to that side?
Still, just making it here to the final was a good result
