People need to calm the fuck down, both tards and haters. nadal beat Delbonis, DGT and Chardy. I know they are all great players, ahem, but there are better players out there and VDM field is challenger level almost. Let's see how nadal handles some tougher opposition before we make predictions.

We all should learn from this and never underestimate Nadal's ability of cheating. MTO's are nothing compared to fake 8 month injury.

Only seen him in 3 matches so far, and against weak opponents, so it's going to be a while before we can tell how fast he's improving. I'd like to see him back in top form by the clay season but it's a tall order.

He took a sabbatical because he was burned-out after many years(since 15) grinding on the tour?

The real test will be at the ATP1000 level and slams where he'll meet the top guys. Will his knee be able to stand up against the world class grinders/counter punchers he'll face? I hope it can, but off of clay I think it might be too much.
It is a pain that it is expect to disappear when Nadal's knee gets used to the competition level. Practicing, for example, the pain in the knee is lower, but at high intensity it hurt more. Nadal said that doctors told him that it is something that only requires time and there is no risk to be early injured again
