Re: Okay, Delpo can win another GS, right?

He's got a good shot.

There were good signs at the end of last season. He looked good in Australia before losing to Chardy, and he still has got the ability to do so.

So probably. I mean Nadal's knees are starting to suggest a slow death in his career, Federer isn't getting any younger and Del Potro's best is probably better than Murray's. That leaves Djokovic, and he can't win them all.

Re: Okay, Delpo can win another GS, right?

He is getting closer and closer to his best version. The end of 2012 season was promising but he started the year in a bad way... he was the fourth favourite to win the Australia Open and he lost before QF. We will see how he plays in Rotterdam. Some people think that he will improve but he will never arrive at the point when he is able to win one more Grand Slam. I think that he can reach this level.

However, before thinking about another Grand Slam I think that he has to be able to fight for the semis or finals in Indian Wells and Miami. It is a real challenge to see how Del Potro level is in 2013. After that, we will see.

I am getting a bit tired of people claiming that Del Potro is becoming ever increasingly "closer and closer" to his best form. People have been saying this since he came back.

Until he improves his fitness, I can't see a way back for Del Potro. I couldn't believe that he came back in such poor shape, from a WRIST injury of all things. Mind-boggling. What were he and his advisers doing?

He will win another one definetely. Maybe not in the short term though.

He needs to work on his fitness and hope he can stay healthy for a long period of time. Then it will happen sooner or later.

he has the tools to win another one for sure problem is that there are 4 superior players than him and he has to beat at least 2 of them to win a Slam these days

He may win another slam in a couple of years. But Delpo still might be the most overrated player on MTF, at least by his tards.
