lol

Nadal "Sampras, Ivanisevic match. or one between those kind of players, is not enjoyable. It's not really tennis. it is a few swings of the racquet. For me in the past it was just serve. serve". arrogance.

clay excluded. successive win 0. If grass and a hard are fast. Like Sampras era. Nadal is able to win only with clay. power of defense and muscles. boring ugly. All the surface is slow now.

fake time-out. cheat. gamesmanship. too noisy annoying always. excuse. boycotts threatened. always dissatisfaction cry complaints. dissatisfaction to schedule. selfish two-year ranking. bump to player. ugly protest. always exaggerated appeal of self condition. etc. overrated by fanatic arrogant blind fan

It's funny how people are bitching here in this thread, but it's simple. In order to be the best you have to believe you are the best, you need a fucking ego.

And, for us. game of Djokovic and Nadal becomes fun. lol.

Nadal has nobody to blame for his injuries but himself. Djokovic and Federer are healthy for a reason - they don't overplay and they have easier styles for their bodies.

Wrong. Genes and the body you are born with has a LOT to do with whether you injure yourself or could even play a certain way to begin with.

Nadal as should be well known to even his haters has a congenital foot injury which has contributed significantly to his knee problems.

And it goes without saying that John Isner doesn't have the same "choice" of gamestyle available to him as some others and vice versa.

Dull implying his injuries is due to bad luck and not over scheduling motivated by greed. Too good this dull.

He can't be 'blamed' but that style of play is career shortening. He won the trophies he probably couldn't win without his physical aspects, but in the process shortened his longevity. That's entirely his choice and he can't be slated for it.

Federer, nole, and even nadal all had choices to make.

Nadal chose to play with his style and for such intensive schedule that afforded him to win many titles, at the detriment of his long term health. even casual outsider observers could see that.

as for the fiasco of losing wimbledon 2011, well nadal only has himself to blame for that, there's no doubt he was and still is, the better grass court player

anyway, nadal needs to stop whining, win acapulco, play indian wells (NO DOUBLES, RETARD), withdraw from miami, then rest up until monte carlo

he needs that confidence on clay

it's bloody simple, and i cannot understand what he cannot simply do this
the better grass court player nadal???? my god!!! he was defeated by nole that moves horrible in grass and even delpo could won novak on grass , delpo!!!

nadal has all the characteristic of a grass court player : serve , volley , slice.....

are you crazy??

you are well aware that a player does not necessarily determine how he will play tennis right?
it would be awesome if they could just wave a wand and magically play in the most energy conserving and effective manner, but unfortunately life doesn't work out that way.
Nadal can grind and win a lot but he doesn't have the talent to play fast and easy matches
you clearly have not played much tennis if you think any player can find necessarily an 'easy style for their body'.

Nadal is actually a fairly decent grass court player because is SO amazing at passing shots and speed.
sure he is prone to lose to a big server when the grass is nice and fast, but do realize since the dawn of tennis grass wears down and gets slower after played on for a while, not his fault it's so slow the second week.
his net game is solid, his volleying pretty good, great great passing shots (once again this focuses in on the good servers who like to S/V)

granted he might be more screwed in the 90s with SOOO many big servers but Nadal's game translates decently on grass. why do people think Borg was so great on grass? just because of a big serve
that is an illlusion, that you need a big serve to dominate on grass

Nadal is obviously second behind Federer as the best grass court player in the past decade

so dumb. obviously a way to help a congenital foot injury in your game is to run like an idiot 10 feet behind the baseline moonballing 35 shots per point
