He fought for 4 hours under 35° against a perfectly healthy Kohlschreiiber. They were tied when he got the injury.

He didn't celebrate a match he won because the rival retired when he was losing 6-3 6-0 4-1.

There is still a convention: you don't celebrate extravagantly when your opponent is stumbling off the court, no matter how well you fought and played.

Taking a MTO to knock your opponent out of the rythm eclipses this behaviour.

I don't blame him for being happy but that celebration wasn't really needed. I'm just saying I saw tards and haters bashing Djokovic for celebrating like that after a 5 setter where his opponent played the match of his life, saving virtual match points. This can't even compare to that

It seems that some people are sad because there was a big chance to lose this tie but again Argentina did it

He celebrated respectfully when Kholi retried and he was still in the court. After that, he went to celebrate with the public and then is when he ripped his shirt. I'm sure some people didn't even see that and just saw the picture.

And I think they're wrong too. Everyone in every sport celebrates when they win.

Tbh, I've closed the stream right after Kohly approached the net in retirement.

It didn't seem so bad after all, maybe he was just making a joke on Djokovic.

On the real ACC'16 Final:

I could understand him doing this if he'd actually won. However the guy didnt even technically win so he just looks like an idiot ripping his shirt off in a situation like this

It's mesmerizing. I think he and Harrison should have some kind of contest

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”

Legendary stuff from Warlocq. Probably with have demolished the structural integrity of the stadium had he won by actually winning.
