Re: Andy Murray ahead of RG

stranger things have happened. djokovic never won a grass title prior to wimbledon (granted, there are much more clay tournies per season). murray's performance in the rome 2011 sf was awesome. depends on where he will put his priorities, but for him to win fo the stars would have to align a bit just like they did for nole in wimbledon.

Murray aint the most popular guy on the planet I know. Hell none of my mates give a shit about tennis, let alone Murray who they couldnt care either way about. Even my mum was saying Murray has no chance before the match started and that she likes djokovic more and hopes he wins

Nole fan here and I love Murray .

as for RG and Mandy ,,, doubt it. Healthy Rafa will be favorite to win ... then Nole ...... Murray never won anything on clay but it's too early to talk about RG.

Re: Andy Murray ahead of RG

This is one slam event I don't see Murray winning on and especially if Nadal gets back to some sort of fitness. I can see him winning Wimbledon and the AO, but RG belongs to someone else and it took the GOAT long enough to finally win on clay.

Re: Andy Murray ahead of RG

Is Murray going to win Monte Carlo or Rome?Probably not but he certainly has a chance at Madrid where the conditions are faster.Regarding the French Open,he needs a good draw and also good weather. If it`s hot and it plays fast he could do some damage but in those cold, damp and slower conditions he will struggle.
