how is it?

Fed had to get his RG title during the era of Nadal - the GOAT claycourter of all time

Agassi got his wimbledon title before Sampras Wimbledon domination began as well

In the Nadal era but did not beat Nadal, so that is not relevant.

Agassi got his title before Sampras's domination but beat Becker, McEnroe and Ivanisevic.

Medvedev wasn't exactly a clay mug though. He won Hamburg Masters three times and Monte Carlo Masters beating Sergi Bruguera. By contrast, Robin Soderling has two minor clay titles in his home country.

so? he won the tournament when Nadal was in the field

that makes it better than Agassi's RG title

Nadal has made this the strongest clay court ear ever.

Well, Sampras's was in the field when Agassi won Wimbledon . If you don't have to face him it really doesn't matter.

Agassi's path to his Wimby title was a lot tougher than Federer's to his RG title.

Agassi beat 2 multiple champions and a future champion and multiple-finalist.

Re: Has Djokovic surpassed Stefan Edberg and/or Boris Becker?

Fed almost lost 3 times during his RG WIN... he survived 3 world wars v Acasuco, Haas and Delpo

then beat Soder in the final who was on fire

just because Agassi beat a few names in 92 doesnt mean you can prove he had it tougher

More impressive in the sense that Agassi had to contend with a larger difference in conditions, play-styles, etc when he completed his career slam in the 1990s.

I guess you could argue that the field is stronger now, and therefore it is harder to win majors in that sense. But that's an argument I don't want to get in, as I think it's futile to discuss it.

In other words, you don't have a straight answer to a very simple question. Can't say I'm surprised though

The question is the equivalent to "have you stopped beating your wife?"

Ask legit questions and you will get proper answers.

Yea sure, you don't like the question = question not legit I'll ask again - why Murray has no clay finals so far and why Nadal has had moderate success on HC compared to his massive list of clay court achievements?
