Re: Did Federer Win The Title For Novak?

No. Novak did that.

If you want to beat such a great player as Andy Murray you must do that all by yourself.

“Does Djokovic resemble myself?” Agassi said. “No, he is even better. He defends really well, while I struggled more in that element of the game. Novak looks totally relaxed when defending, completely calm and the quality of his return is incredible. He is also extremely flexible in his game, which is facilitated by his ability to anticipate his rival’s moves. That is why I think he is a much more versatile player than I was and he is also much more athletic.”

Re: Did Federer Win The Title For Novak?

sure. give the trophy to rogi. the 18th slam

ASI Director-General Gautam Sengupta said the list of India's treasures held abroad was "too long to handle" and there was a need for a "diplomatic and legal campaign" for their restitution from institutions, including the British Museum, the Royal Collection and the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery.

Nope. Ferrer did, by rolling over like a log.

a fresh Murray wouldnt have any chance either. Novak could have played a 5 setter yesterday and still beat Murray today

Re: Did Federer Win The Title For Novak?

No. It helped but people need to stop trying to discredit slam wins. You could pick holes in virtually every slam win ever.

Re: Did Federer Win The Title For Novak?

He didn't seem to run out of gas to me, but rather to be troubled by a blister.

It could have happened at any moment really

But it's still possible to imagine a scenario where Djokovic would have drawn Murray in semi and Murray without blister would have managed to pull through just tio get a blister in the final against Federer

Just kidding but not completely : this kind of things happen in slams, not everything is under control, far from that, except when someone completely dominates the field like sometimes in the past Fed, or Nadal on clay.

Yet another way to discredit a well deserved win... Hopeless, it will never end.
