Re: Do you like Murray-Djokovic matches

No. More often than not their matches are boring. Quality-wise their matches (more often than not) pale in comparison to Nole-Rafa or Nole-Federer matches. I think their encounters are largely redundant due to similar game-styles both Murray and Nole posses.

Novak Djokovic Rafael Nadal

David Ferrer - Leyton Hewitt - David Nalbandian - Marcos Baghdatis - Janko Tipsarevic - Tommy Haas

World #1.
.

Some people mistake the Distant Sun for an eternally raging fireball calling for your demise. Just like aliens from outer space. Aliens from other planets. Aliens in galaxies too far away from your own comprehension. Your demise is ultimately irrelevant and meaningless.

Do not question our motives, our objectives, or our qualities. Question your own place in the universe.

That's because Federer is in that match-up and he plays a different style of tennis. The same applies to Federer/Murray matches. Djokovic and Murray both play a very similar style and it gets pretty tedious after a while.

I always expect a lot before a Djokovic/Murray match but end up disappointed by the lack of quality or excitement. Today was no different.

Yes, this. I love matches that consist of baseline rallies.

No change.

Couldn't remotely get into the match, even with my compatriot playing.

Re: Do you like Murray-Djokovic matches

they are good matches but Murray is becoming a midget again - 3 matches in a row he has mentally fell away and in someways, he was on verge of collapsing in USO Final as well

its something he better sort out or he'll never beat him again

No. I don't like either one, so I didn't watch the match.

Re: Do you like Murray-Djokovic matches

the two are exact replicas of their game. there is absolutely no variety between the two. they both have powerful backhands and spinny forehands. they are good returners, and can be very handy in the net. they can retrieve almost any ball as well. it's like novak playing against novak
