not so sure

"Ivan Lendl had prepared his charge for many things, but advice on the mating patterns of the local bird life was sadly lacking from the pre-match briefing."

ASI Director-General Gautam Sengupta said the list of India's treasures held abroad was "too long to handle" and there was a need for a "diplomatic and legal campaign" for their restitution from institutions, including the British Museum, the Royal Collection and the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery.

On topic though, until RN comes back and Murray annihilates his famous backside, I'll withhold judgement although my preferences are obvious. It's funny how Nadull is the player who brings out the best of Murray's game (when he decides to bring it to the show).
eh?? Nadal completely owns Murray. Even leaving clay aside he leads the H2h (as Nadal haters love to ignore clay). I remember when Murray beat him at the USO 2008 thinking that he could cause trouble to him, but after that he lost countless grand slam SF to him barely troubling him. In fact he reach 3 finals in a row when Nadal was out of the game.

Re: Ivan Lendl the best coaching hire of all time?

Remember a few years ago, everyone and their grandmother had an idea about what he should change&improve but it still was “You and your mother, the same always" for him.

Andy was indeed a great talent and great player before Lendl, but there is no doubt that something important has changed both in his mentality and play in the past year. I dare think it's due to the Lendl effect, to what extent exactly remains to be seen. A call a spade a spade when I see it. I think Andy will still improve, he has adopted the philosophy of ever-improving and adjusting. And he has papa Ivan by his side, in many ways the father of modern tennis. If Andy has "it", I believe the papa will bring it to the surface. If he doesn't have it, no one can help.
