Hate? No. Dislike? Maybe, but I'm not sure. As players I don't dislike any of the top 4, and Murray and Djokovic are 2/3 of my main favourites. I love watching Nadal play, same with Fed, some of the shit they do off court annoys me, but other then that they're fine to me.
Mark Lenders banged your girlfriend, I'm sorry to tell you that mate.

I like all four in different ways, but they are in no way amongst my favourite players. It's patriotism for Murray, admiration for Federer, respect for Nadal, and for Djokovic it's almost a sense of awe.
Hate can be viewed as tardism which can be translated as ''people who are jelly of said person because they view him as a threat to the person they root for''. It often comes from people who live a sad life and crave for ANY sorts of attention and use this behaviour as a cover up to satisfy their own selfish sadness.
I love Rafa obviously. I like Djokovic a lot. Same with Federer. I like Murray too.
I don't really hate a particular player. I like DelPo too and respect Ferrer a huge amount.
There are some things very minor things I dislike about Rafa, Djo, Fed, Murray but I like them despite those minor things. I don't really blindly like or blindly hate them for a minor thing they do that annoys me.
