Re: Top Tennis Racquets

I find the older ones are the best like:

Head Prestige Classic 600
Prince Original Graphite Longbody
Yones SRD Tour 90
Wilson Pro Staff 6.0 85 / 95

The new technology and gimmicks are a joke, the pure old graphite is where it's at and rackets like ncode don't have any "nano technolgy" or anything like that.

There is a reason why none of the pro's use rackets with this "technology" in, they all use old rackets painted to look like the new ones, like: Federer, Hewitt, Ferrero, Coria, Nalbandian, Safin, Agassi...... I can go on forever, you want more?

Prince Triple Threat Warrior, mid-size.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

There are many racquets I have never tried...

But of those I have owned, my favorite is the Head Liquidmetal Radical OS.

Re: Top Tennis Racquets

Hmmm...Seems a lot of members saying their favourite racket is the racket used by the player in their avatar! Is that because you actually like the racket, or just the player?

Re: Top Tennis Racquets

The most important thing is that as a player that you feel comfortable with it.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Because ferrero used the Prince Tour Graphite, i wanted to try it, and i felt really comfortable with it, so it's because of him i tried the racquet, but i really like the racquet
