I'm so gutted for Stan. He really played the match of his life here. Brillant tennis. Awesome OHBackhands.

Wawa I'm proud of what you showed tonight. Huge heart! You deserved to win.

Congrats to Nole. Once again he manages to win in the hardest conditions.

Nole won't get away in the later rounds. Wait and see.

amazing match by both guys (well, not Nole in the first set )

Stan deserves so much credit for taking it this far after failing to serve out the 2nd set. Big to those who will criticize him for not winning here.

Hope Nole can still beat Berdych

6-1 5-3 30-0, 4 missed serves followed by 4 UEs on second or third shot in exchange, form is temporary, class is permanent... Stanislas Wawrinka. Everybody who thinks to feel sorry for him should remember that game.

On the other side huge win for Djokovic but pity to see player ranked #1 most of the time during 5 hours match running from side to side and praying for mercy like some cheap bitch

Like I said, Djokovic has 0% chance of winning AO this year

Saying Stan put in a great effort would be an understatement, can never say he's not a fighter. Better player today.

Stunning. Tough test for Nole but he needed it because the toughest matches are still to come at least on paper. Credit to Stan for the way he played, hopefully he can keep it up for the entire season

Nole is just the definition of clutch
