Well either one of those 2 will lose most likely in 4 sets and then a potential qtr final against Tsonga who looks a little under done (maybe he'll pick up form) he didn't look too impressive today. The only really tough part is the semi final. Murray could prove to be very tough for Fed especially considering it's a SF and not final and Murray has confidence he can take 3 sets off Fed now. The final will most likely be against Novak where if he gets through Murray he'll most likely lose to Nole since he's never taken a set off Novak since AO went plexicushion.

This sets up nicely against Tomic. He looked tired and struggle against Brand today, mediocre opponent.

Good job Federer. Now is Tomic, in 3 sets.

How on Earth did he do this? I would never expect Federer to routine Paire and Davydenko without even getting close to losing a set. That draw was very very hard, no?

Clueless haters, I have a post here for you since you must have missed it.

We analyse who could possibly be more dangerous than Davydenko in rd2?

I look beyond the 32 seeds and I find only Benneteau who is anywhere close to that dangerous, mostly because of matchup issues.

Who is more dangerous than Tomic to face in rd3? No one.

Who is more dangerous than Raonic in rd4? Specially considering that every match between them have been close, maybe Gilles Simon would be worse but that is the only one I could think of.

Who is more dangerous than Tsonga in QF? Only Berdych for Federer.

Muray is 10 times more dangerous than Ferrer.

So this is the most difficult draw you could give Federer if you handpicked his opponents, except changing Tsonga with Berdych. It is not an easy draw.

A lot of us said beforehand that clownPaire and washed up Davydenko (H2H 17-2, difficult, REALLY?) would pose absolutely NO threat whatsoever to Roger. It was the always moaning Fedtards that hyped it up to be so difficult.

But some Fedtrolls were talking about how hard the 1st 2 rounds are. Not Murray. Srsly? Paire? Davy doesn't have the fitness to play a top level 5setter. And all the big hitting mindless bashers and 'servebots' are more dangerous that him bcs if they start hitting it's very hard to beat them, Davy was never ever going to trouble Fed.
Also, it says in that post that 'only Berdych is more dangerous in the QF'. I disagree. Delpo is also more dangerous than Tsonga at this moment - Tsonga had a little injury problem and was also playing far from his top form in last months. So you can basically say that only Tipsarevic would have been easier for Roger than Tsonga. About Tomic, let's not get carried away. Joke aside, Tomic is playing good, but there are more dangerous players seeded 17 or lower (or not seeded) than him. I can only agree about Raonic and, of course, Murray>Ferrer.

Djokovic | Tipsarevic | Querrey

The draw is very hard but we're talking about the GOAT after all. He makes it look easy.
