AO R2: Gael Monfils def. Yen-Husn Lu 7-6(5) 4-6 0-6 6-1 8-6

Lu had a SP in the first set.

Monfils had some problem with both his ankles with troubled him in the 3rd set.

Monfils down 0-30 on his serve. Two points away from losing the match. Some big serving to hold 6-6. Great play on Lus serve. Got two BPs. Converted the second. Monfils serving for the match. Good volley for 15-0... DF to get to deuce, losing his second MP. Ace for MP, DF again for Deuce. Ace for MP again. DF again for deuce. Big serve for MP #5. DF Again!! BH error from Lu for MP #6. Ace for the match

4 DF on MPs.

Monfils looked very tired in last games. Apart from that, hilarious DF's. He serves an 217 km/h ace and double faults. Looks like he serves better when tired

Good match. Monfils looked like he played through a bit of pain but still some great shotmaking. Lu is a joy to watch.
