Re: weather looks real bad in houston

the weather has been crappy thru most of Texas all of this week. where's the warm weather this state is famous for?

nevertheless i hope things clear up so they can play. i haven't looked forward to a match this much in eons.

Q. When you've played as few matches as you have over the last two, three months, did you ever lack motivation to go out and practice?

ANDY RODDICK: Motivation? No. I enjoy what I do. I enjoy what I do. You know, I've never been one to, you know, blow off practice or, you know, do anything like that.

You know, I'd be lying if I said I'm looking forward to practicing the next two days as opposed to playing here. That part is gonna suck...(2010 Aegon Championships)

at least both players will be well rested if this final does not take place for a few days.

Surely it's the job of the rain gods to make it rain - so they must be happy there's no American - like the rest of the world

Thanks for the news everyone, sure it's not good, but they might show some good replays.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: weather looks real bad in houston

at the idea of the final maybe not being able to be played for a few DAYS. But at least this is the last tournament of the year, and neither of them are involved in the Davis Cup final, so even if it does run on, it's not a problem for either player's schedule. But still, I hope the weather clears up sooner rather than later.
